The Role

Are you a creative, motivated individual with a passion for storytelling, digital media, and making a difference in education? The Sea View Trust, a forward-thinking Multi-Academy Trust, is offering an exciting opportunity to kick-start your career with a Marketing and Communications Apprenticeship.

This is a new and exciting opportunity to join the central team of The Sea View Trust whilst gaining a recognised qualification.

You will have the opportunity to work at Trust level, across a network of educational settings, and across the broader activities of the organisation, supporting meaningful communications that inspire learners, engage families, grow awareness and strengthen partnerships.


You will be required to:

  • Assist in creating content for websites, newsletters, social media, and internal communications
  • Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns and school events
  • Capture photos and videos that highlight our achievements
  • Help monitor social media engagement and website performance
  • Collaborate with staff across the Trust to ensure consistent and positive messaging
  • Learn how to use professional tools


We are looking for:

  • A keen interest in digital marketing, communications, or design
  • A creative mindset and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths (Grade 4 or above)
